Project's location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm, Sweden

Project's volume: approx. 8000 m2

The main project's purpose is the refurbishment and extension of existing commercial building, to restore and improve its functionality, give it a fresh  look, with contemporary design as well as the use of modern materials and solutions.

Systems: all system are based on Schüco aluminium system solutions:

- custom designed hybrid unitized aluminium facade that includes integrated roller blinds and additional outer glass "skin", to improve sun protection, thermal and acoustic performance to the highest standard

- custom designed unitized aluminium facade with integrated outer roller blind to improve sun protection performance, with high standard of acoustic and thermal performance

- aluminium unitized facades based on Schüco USC/UCC 65 system solution, combined and re-designed in order to present contemporary look and high standard of facade's performance

- mullion - transom facades based on Schüco FW50+ .SI system solution

- block windows based on Schüco 90 BS.SI+ with additional outer glass "skin", to protect the building's interior from the street noise, and improve tenant's comfort.
