Project's location: Södertälje, Sweden

Project's volume: approximately 1700m2

The main project's purpose is a complete refurbishment of former factory building, in order to turn industrial facility into user friendly part of university complex.

New  look, together with contemporary design with the use of best available solutions and environmental friendly materials, will make this building a perfect place to work, study and relax.

Systems: all system are based on Schüco aluminium system solutions:

- custom designed unitized aluminium facade with integrated outer sun louvers made of wood. Interior cladded with high quality plywood.

- aluminium unitized facades based on Schüco USC/UCC 65 system solution, combined and re-designed in order to present contemporary look and high standard of facade's performance

- mullion - transom facades based on Schüco FW50+ .SI system solution, with thin inner profile box, cladded with high quality plywood.

Completion date: spring 2017
